Poetry for Wellbeing Virtual Group - Free
Join us for a 6-week, 1.5 hour per week structured group that helps people explore, through writing and poetry, feelings and ideas that could lead to less stress and greater wellbeing. Meets every Thursday from 1:30-3pm through December 17, but skips the week of Thanksgiving.

About the Event
This group is designed for anyone who feels stressed by Covid, especially frontline healthcare workers, nursing or medical students, and others who want to mitigate additional stress brought on by the pandemic. The virtual group is limited to seven participants. After your registration is received, or we have your email saying you would like to join, you will be sent a link for GoogleMeet close to the date. We will read poems and talk about them together, and we will do some writing of our own. You don't need any experience as a writer, or experience writing poetry, in order to participate. All are welcome and there is no cost.
