Poetry for Wellbeing Virtual Group - Free
Join us for a 6-week, 1.5 hour per week structured group that helps people explore, through writing and poetry, feelings and ideas that could lead to less stress and greater wellbeing. Meets every Sunday from 1:30-3pm thru March 14.

About the Event
This group is designed for anyone who feels cut off or stressed by Covid, especially frontline healthcare workers, nursing or medical students, and anyone who wants to mitigate the stress brought on by the pandemic. The virtual group is limited to seven participants. After your registration is received, or we have your email saying you would like to join, you will be sent a link for GoogleMeet the day before. We will read poems and talk about them together, and we will do some writing of our own. You don't need any experience as a writer, or experience writing poetry, in order to participate. All are welcome and there is no cost.
