Poetry for Wellbeing Virtual Group - Spring (free)
Join us for a 6-week, 1.5 hour per week structured group that helps people explore, through writing and poetry, feelings and ideas that could lead to less stress and greater wellbeing. Meets every Sunday from 1:30-3pm thru June 6.

About the Event
This group is designed for anyone who wants to connect and share ideeas that matter with other like-minded people. The virtual group is limited to seven participants. After your registration is received, or we have your email saying you would like to join, you will be sent a link for GoogleMeet the day before. We will read poems and talk about them together, and we will do some writing of our own. You don't need any experience as a writer, or experience writing poetry, in order to participate. All are welcome and there is no cost.
